This grant remains fully operational even if you choose to terminate your coaching contract early under our standard cancellation policy.

Third-Party Integration & Platform UsageTo deliver a borderless online coaching infrastructure, 2BHealth utilizes trusted third-party services, including but not limited to communication software, cloud storage providers, payment processing networks (PayPal and verified Cryptocurrency infrastructure), and analytical tools. By accepting this Policy, you acknowledge that your data may be processed and stored on systems maintained by these independent third-party vendors.

Absolute Disclaimer of Liability for Data BreachesWhile we employ industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal information, the security of data transmission over the internet can never be completely guaranteed. 2BHealth, its experts, coaches, and affiliates assume no liability or responsibility for any data breaches, cyberattacks, unauthorized access, or information leaks that may occur. This absolute disclaimer explicitly covers any vulnerabilities, actions, omissions, or security failures originating from or caused by third-party service providers, hosting platforms, or external network infrastructure. You provide all physical and biological data completely at your own risk.

We are not a "Covered Entity" as defined under the US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
